This is a rare example of Loetz Austrian art glass from the Jugendstil Period. It is Circa 1900, museum quality and a rare large size in the Diaspora pattern. It stands 16 inches tall and weighs 4 pounds. This has a beautiful green iridescence with a polished rim with a violet hue. It measures 6 inches in diameter across the base with a polished pontil. The design of this vase is amazing with an internal bubble design that ranges from larger at the base to smaller at the top with four corners that are in a scalloped design.
