Loetz Crete Chine Bowl In Metal Armature
This is an absolutely beautiful example of Jugendstil period art glass. The bowl is green Loetz Crete Chine' encased in a metal armature with a floral motif. The metal armature shows an aged patina and the bowl has a lovely iridescent threaded design. The piece stands 9 3/4 inches tall and 8 1/2 inches wide. The bowl is in excellent condition with a polished pontil. This piece is from a curated private collection and has not been offered for sale in the past 50 years.
