Rare Victorian Figural Half Moon Nut Cracker
This is an amazing Circa 1890/1900 antique carved wood nut cracker. It depicts the Man In The Moon face carved in the center of a half moon. The carving is very detailed even with it open, the inside teeth are also carved. This is a good size measuring 5 1/4 inches wide when closed and opens to a length of 9 1/2 inches. It is in excellent original condition and would make a fine addition to a Black Forest collection. It represents quality craftsmanship from an elegant bygone era.
