Vintage Lady's 18K Diamond & Pearl Birds With Nest Brooch
This is an absolutely whimsical one-of-a-kind vintage brooch. It is stamped 18K in both white and yellow gold. The unique design is of three birds perched on the top and sides of a gold nest filled with pearl eggs. The body of each bird is white gold and set with diamonds with a 0.86 Ct.T.W. and VS1 Clarity with G color. The wings of two birds are pear cut green Chalcedony and the third bird's wing is pear cut carnelian Chalcedony. In the center of the gold nest are seven cultured pearls. The brooch measures 2 inches in length by 1 1/4 inch and is in excellent mint original condition.
