Vintage Royal Bayreuth Scenic Humidor
This is a beautiful vintage signed Royal Bayreuth Bavarian porcelain humidor. The front is hand painted with two gentlemen fishing in a row boat, dressed in Circa 1900 attire. The sides have a painted tree motif and the back is a lake with birds flying overhead. The cover is also painted in a bird motif. It measures 7 inches to the top of the handle and 5 inches wide at the top of the design. This piece is in excellent condition showing only minor wear to the gold accents in the scrolled design at the top of the humidor. This is signed on the base in the blue mark, please refer to photos. The fishing motif makes this a unique example of Royal Bayreuth Bavarian porcelain from an elegant bygone era.
